QA Engineer – APM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automated testing frameworks utilizing Python, PyTest, and Selenium.

• Design and implement test cases based on the introduction of new features.

• Conduct API and backend testing to verify system functionality and data integrity.

• Execute manual testing as necessary to guarantee comprehensive test coverage.

• Examine logs and system processes to detect issues and ascertain root causes.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects with precise evidence and reproduction instructions.

• Collaborate closely with the APM Gateway engineering team to validate features and system operations.

• Assume responsibility for QA activities throughout the APM environment and establish effective testing methodologies.

• Work in partnership with engineers and product teams to enhance quality and delivery.

• Contribute to the development of stable and reliable software within a complex system environment.

• Engage in a three-stage hiring process, which includes technical screening, practical assessment, and a final group interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in QA Automation.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Python.

• Significant hands-on experience with PyTest.

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium.

• Familiarity with API and backend testing.

• Capability to design and structure clear, maintainable test cases.

• Strong debugging skills, including proficiency with logs and system behavior.

• Solid understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

• Proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
