QA Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Technology Lead, AI Developers, and UX/UI Design Lead to test and enhance features.

• Evaluate AI-assisted code before it is delivered to clients, ensuring correctness, compliance with conventions, created APIs, and identification of potential bugs.

• Work together with the AI Developer to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and evaluate regression risks.

• Trace problems to their sources, whether front-end, back-end, or prompt-related, and implement solutions until resolved.

• Deliberately test AI features and document successful outcomes.

• Oversee Web Speed Optimization initiatives following each release.

• Provide proactive updates to the internal Project Manager and AI Developers.

• Manage timelines effectively to ensure all deadlines are met.

• Undertake development tasks for both internal tools and client features in partnership with the AI Developer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in Europe.

• Availability to work during Spain office hours, from 10am to 6pm CET.

• Proficient in Spanish and possess professional-level English skills.

• Approximately 1 year of experience in web development or quality assurance.

• Competent in reading and writing JavaScript.

• Familiarity with modern frameworks such as React or Vue.

• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

• Understanding of back-end logic using PHP and/or Node.

• Experience in testing REST or GraphQL endpoints.

• Proficient with Git and experienced in an Agile work environment.

• Comfortable utilizing AI assistants within the workflow, including crafting prompts and critically analyzing generated code.

• Practical experience with LLMs, including personal projects.

• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding interactivity and animation.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
