This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive quality assurance support for the Quality&Efficiency business, including requirements analysis, test planning, case design, execution, and release approval.

• Participate in cross-platform testing across App, Web, Backend, and Admin, identifying potential risks related to Fiat across the entire stack.

• Assist in testing Quality&Efficiency features, such as stream initiation and termination, co-streaming, cross-room connections, playback, compliance — including edge cases like weak network conditions, stream interruptions, backgrounding, and high concurrency scenarios.

• Help maintain and enhance our automation regression framework utilizing Python, pytest, and k6.

• Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, compliance, and operations teams to swiftly resolve quality issues.

• Contribute to AI-driven testing initiatives and support the development of the team's knowledge base.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate or intern with less than 1 year of experience interested in QA Backend Testing are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in automation testing is essential.

• Comfortable working within agile release cycles, including 2–3 week sprints, grey rollouts, and full releases.

• Capable of independently managing test coverage and reviewing the test cases and code of others.

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills — you proactively identify risks rather than merely report bugs.

• Basic knowledge of Python automation — able to read, modify, and maintain existing test scripts (creating from scratch is not required).

• Strong sense of ownership: you prioritize quality over just meeting coverage metrics.
