QA Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement testing strategies across the website, CMS, user accounts, registrations, and integrations.

• Oversee English/French testing coverage.

• Assist with user acceptance testing led by clients.

• Aid in resolving defects and ensuring release readiness.

• Collaborate with specialists in accessibility and security.

• Create test cases, prepare test data, document defect reports, and maintain traceability to acceptance criteria.

• Work in a collaborative environment and provide comprehensive documentation.

• Play a role in technical delivery and handover as part of Archive’s team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in functional, integration, regression, and automated end-to-end testing.

• Proficiency in creating test cases, preparing test data, and reporting defects with traceability to acceptance criteria.

• Expertise in cross-browser, mobile, permission, and bilingual parity testing.

• Knowledge of API testing and performance evaluations.

• Coordination experience with accessibility and security specialists.

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Must reside in Canada; contractors based in Canada or the USA are preferred.

• Availability during standard EST working hours.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
