QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain end-to-end and regression tests using BrowserStack Low-Code Automation, incorporating reusable components, data-driven strategies, and suite reliability.

• Execute and manage performance and load tests with K6.

• Consolidate results from various testing sources into dashboards that enhance visibility into product quality.

• Embed automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to ensure tests run automatically and failures are identified early.

• Analyze application, network, and data layers to determine the root causes of test failures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in TypeScript, including coding and debugging.

• Proficient in using browser developer tools for element inspection, monitoring network traffic, and reviewing console output.

• Capacity to analyze the underlying causes of software failures.

• Experience in test automation, whether framework-based or low-code.

• Ability to independently solve problems.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for test scripting, debugging, and routine tasks.

• Proficiency in English required.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Background in performance/load testing is advantageous.

• Experience using AI specifically for testing is beneficial.

• Familiarity with SAP ecosystems or enterprise B2B software is a plus.

• Experience in creating test reporting or quality dashboards is advantageous.
