QA Automation Engineer, AI Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement automated testing strategies for AI-driven applications

• Create and sustain API and UI automation frameworks

• Assess AI-enhanced workflows, autonomous agents, and AI-supported user experiences

• Work closely with developers to identify potential risks and enhance software quality early in the development process

• Continuously enhance automation coverage, testing methodologies, and quality benchmarks

• Advocate for QA automation best practices throughout engineering teams

• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and initiatives for continuous improvement

• Aid in the adoption of contemporary AI-assisted testing practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience

• Over 3 years of experience in QA Automation

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing automated testing strategies

• Practical experience with Playwright

• Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript programming

• Experience in automating REST APIs

• Experience in testing AI-driven applications is highly advantageous

• Familiarity with Stagehand, browser-use, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, or similar AI technologies is an asset

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or above
