QA Audio Rater – English (Australia)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Conduct an audit of 30% of the production output produced during the initial phase (Pilot)

• Detect and highlight any instances of miscalibration or inconsistent scoring among raters

• Deliver clear, actionable feedback and corrections to the raters

• Complete onboarding and training prior to the rollout of the production pool

• Ensure the quality and consistency of ratings throughout the initial stage of the audio rating program

• Review rater outputs, identify calibration issues promptly, and assist in maintaining the accuracy and alignment of the rating pool

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in judgment

• Ability to identify patterns of miscalibration and provide clear, articulate feedback

• Comfortable working autonomously during a pilot or early-stage phase

• Previous experience in QA, auditing, or rating work is advantageous

• Proficiency in Australian English is required
