QA Audio Rater, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits on 30% of the production output generated during the initial phase (Pilot).

• Detect and report any miscalibration or discrepancies in scoring among raters.

• Offer precise, actionable feedback and necessary corrections to raters.

• Complete the onboarding and training process prior to the rollout of the production pool.

• Maintain the quality and consistency of ratings throughout the initial phase of the audio rating program.

• Identify calibration issues early to assist in keeping the rating pool accurate and aligned.

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in judgment.

• Capability to recognize patterns of miscalibration and provide clear, articulated feedback.

• Comfortable working autonomously during a pilot or early-stage phase.

• Previous experience in quality assurance, auditing, or rating tasks is advantageous.

• Proficiency in the English language.
