QA Audio Rater – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Conduct an audit of 30% of the production output generated during the initial phase (Pilot).

• Detect and highlight instances of miscalibration or inconsistent scoring among raters.

• Deliver clear, actionable feedback and necessary corrections to raters.

• Complete onboarding and training before the rollout of the production pool.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of ratings throughout the initial phase of the audio rating program.

• Identify calibration issues early to maintain alignment and accuracy within the rating pool.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in judgment.

• Ability to recognize patterns of miscalibration and provide clear feedback.

• Comfortable working independently during a pilot or early-stage phase.

• Previous experience in QA, auditing, or rating work is advantageous.

• Proficiency in the English language is required.

• Availability for 10 hours per week.

• Must reside in New Zealand.
