This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create a unified connector layer that connects agents to enterprise systems, encompassing authentication, retries, idempotency, rate limiting, and observability.

• Design REST API integrations with backlog management, ITSM, ERP, documentation, and job scheduling tools, making them accessible as resources for agents.

• Execute integration with the mainframe environment, which includes JCL package generation, job submission and monitoring, approval workflows, and batch change replication, ensuring validation, rollback, and a traceable audit trail.

• Develop Python validators and parsers that facilitate guided change completion and verify essential checklists.

• Maintain integration quality through automated testing, API contracts, and monitoring in production.

• Engage in the squad’s technical design discussions and code reviews, promoting CI/CD standards in Azure DevOps.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in backend development.

• Proficient in Python for services, integrations, and automation, including automated testing and typing.

• Strong background in REST APIs (both consumption and exposure, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth2 authentication, error handling, and idempotency).

• Experience in integrating with mainframe environments (JCL, job submission and monitoring, and job change management tools).

• Familiarity with Azure in production settings (Azure Functions or App Service, Entra ID, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor).

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and infrastructure as code in Azure DevOps.

• Understanding of integration security (secrets management, least privilege principle, and audit trails).

• Azure certifications (AZ-204 Azure Developer Associate or AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals) — a plus.

• Familiarity with mainframe change management tools and enterprise job schedulers (Control-M) — a plus.

• Experience integrating with Jira, Confluence, and SAP via APIs — a plus.

• Awareness of generative AI and agents (function calling, tools, and MCP) — a plus.

• Experience with observability using Dynatrace — a plus.

• Background in regulated financial-sector environments (LGPD, BACEN) — a plus.
