Python Developer – Mid-Level/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create automations, APIs, applications, integrations, and pipelines utilizing Python.

• Design data ingestion, processing, and transformation routines for diverse sources and formats.

• Implement techniques for handling various data volumes while considering performance, scalability, and incremental strategies.

• Architect and enhance technical solutions in line with the project's established standards and architecture.

• Build reusable components, services, and integrations for hyperautomation initiatives.

• Conduct unit testing, assist in user acceptance testing, and aid in resolving defects and incidents.

• Engage in and contribute to code reviews and ongoing enhancements in code quality.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure deliverables meet both functional and technical specifications.

• For seasoned professionals, assist in defining standards, best practices, and technical decisions for the solutions.

• Offer technical guidance to fellow developers and support the team's technical advancement.

• Take part in technical risk assessments, performance optimizations, and the ongoing development of applications.

• Construct an ingestion and information consolidation platform that sources data from around 30 partners, with the potential to scale to 60.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Python development.

• Experience in developing APIs and system integrations.

• Background in process automation.

• Familiarity with data ingestion, transformation, and processing techniques.

• Understanding of software development best practices and standards for code quality.

• Experience with testing methods and version control systems.

• Preferred: Experience with Snowflake.

• Preferred: Involvement in hyperautomation projects.

• Preferred: Experience handling large data volumes.

• Preferred: Knowledge of incremental and/or streaming architectures.

• Preferred: Skills in optimizing application performance and scalability.

• Preferred: Experience in leading or mentoring other developers from a technical perspective.
