PV Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries

• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with PrimeVigilance services

• Guarantee that the work delivered meets or surpasses client expectations

• Develop project scope and objectives in accordance with the signed client agreement

• Organize project activities, including deadlines and interim milestones

• Create reports for clients and PrimeVigilance management, including monthly reports utilized for invoicing

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Pharmacovigilance activities, including the processing and quality review of ICSRs

• Background in writing or contributing to aggregate reports

• Experience with literature screening

• Familiarity with reconciliation processes

• Experience in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Project Management experience in Pharmacovigilance, preferably within a service provider or CRO

• A background as a Health Care Professional or in Life Sciences

• Proficient in communication with senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations

• Strong leadership skills, including planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving
