PV Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries.

• Oversee client expectations to guarantee satisfaction and ensure that the delivered outcomes meet or surpass those expectations.

• Develop project scope and objectives based on the signed agreement with the client.

• Organize project activities, including setting deadlines and interim milestones.

• Create reports for both the client and PrimeVigilance management, including monthly reports that serve as a basis for invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Pharmacovigilance activities, such as processing and quality reviewing of ICSRs, writing or contributing to aggregate reports, literature screening, reconciliation, and preparation of SOPs.

• Experience in PV Project Management, preferably from a service provider or CRO.

• Background as a Health Care Professional or a Life Science Graduate.

• Comfortable engaging with senior-level representatives within pharmaceutical organizations.

• Strong leadership skills, including planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
