PV Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of communication for all project-related issues.

• Oversee client expectations and ensure satisfaction with PrimeVigilance services.

• Guarantee that the work delivered meets or surpasses client expectations.

• Develop project scope and objectives based on the signed client agreement.

• Organize project activities, deadlines, and interim milestones.

• Create reports for clients and PrimeVigilance management, including monthly reports that serve as the basis for invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Pharmacovigilance activities, including processing and quality reviewing of ICSRs.

• Background in writing or contributing to aggregate reports.

• Familiarity with literature screening.

• Experience in reconciliation.

• Proficiency in preparing SOPs.

• PV Project Management experience, preferably from a service provider or CRO.

• Graduate in Health Care or Life Sciences.

• Comfortable engaging with senior-level professionals within pharmaceutical organizations.

• Strong leadership skills, including planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
