This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the procurement activities related to production materials (including raw materials, packaging, and inputs) as well as indirect materials (such as MRO, services, and supplies for administrative and operational support).

• Develop, automate, and sustain Purchasing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) encompassing savings, delivery lead times, supplier service levels, inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and price trends categorized by type.

• Create dashboards and management reports that facilitate informed decision-making for leadership.

• Suggest and improve the tracking of departmental outcomes by standardizing metrics and automating data gathering processes.

• Assist with import procedures and operations involving both domestic and international suppliers, as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.

• Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within an industrial setting such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.

• Understanding of negotiation techniques, supplier management, and procurement processes for both production and indirect materials.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of complex formulas and pivot tables.

• A profile that is analytical, organized, and proactive, demonstrating data-driven reasoning along with strong negotiation and communication capabilities.

• Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools like Power BI, advanced Excel/Power Query, or Google Data Studio is advantageous.

• Experience or knowledge in the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, specifically the MM (Materials Management) module, is a benefit.

• Understanding of import procedures through a customs broker is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of tax regulations relevant to procurement is a plus.
