This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison for Builder purchasing teams and support the VP of Purchasing.
• Oversee the rebate, discount, and incentive processes, along with payments involving Builders and Suppliers for the Purchasing Program.
• Collaborate with Higharc Product and Procurement teams to enhance programming efforts.
• Gather and evaluate Builder cost data and supplier program proposals to aid Purchasing Sourcing events.
• Develop processes and templates to enable rapid scalability of the function.
• Serve as the daily point of contact for Builders as the Purchasing Program continues to grow.
• Support Builders in realizing the benefits of the Purchasing Program.
• Manage communications with Builders and Suppliers regarding rebates, discounts, and incentives post program initiation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and financial analysis.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to make informed, analytical decisions.
• Process-oriented mindset with an understanding of current and future implications.
• Strong capabilities in financial analysis.
• Proficient with technology.
• Skills in project management.
• Homebuilding experience is a significant advantage.
