Publicity Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on media contacts

• Create pitches for publicity initiatives

• Monitor media coverage

• Send books to media contacts

• Assist with select remote publicity book mailings

• Participate in team meetings and brainstorm potential new outlets or contacts

• Acquire knowledge on developing publicity campaigns

• Enhance skills in promoting books

• Engage in panels and networking events

• Provide support to publicity teams within adult publishing divisions

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be prepared to work full-time on or before June 2028

• No college enrollment or degree is necessary

• Capable of working 28 hours per week throughout the internship

• Must be available and committed to working from June 7, 2027, to August 12, 2027

• Must reside in the U.S. for the entire duration of the internship

• Must be at least 18 years old

• A resume and cover letter are required for application

• The cover letter must specify preferred adult-title genre(s)

• Candidates should primarily be able to work in Eastern Time
