This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Plan, manage, and oversee programs and strategic initiatives that support public sector operations and organizational goals.
• Lead comprehensive compliance efforts across public sector contracts and programs.
• Oversee sales reporting and submit transactional data reports to government entities.
• Manage fee remittance processes, which include Industrial Funding Fees and state-level fees.
• Maintain contract price catalogs across GSA Schedule, SEWP, NASPO ValuePoint, and state contracts.
• Monitor the applicability of Cost Accounting Standards and collaborate with Finance.
• Ensure procurement integrity, uphold ethics, and comply with organizational conflict-of-interest standards.
• Monitor and submit mandatory disclosures, certifications, sales reports, fee remittance reports, progress reports, and renewals.
• Serve as a liaison with government agencies, community partners, and internal departments.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and public outreach initiatives.
• Analyze data, evaluate program impact, and recommend enhancements.
• Address public inquiries related to program services and eligibility.
• Supervise or provide support to administrative staff, interns, or volunteers as needed.
• Collaborate with the Information Management team to automate sales tracking and fee remittance reporting.
• Develop and implement a public sector compliance strategy.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding public sector contract vehicles.
• Establish KPIs and compliance dashboards, presenting program health and risk metrics to senior leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes, including FAR/DFARS, UCC, state procurement codes, and FCC regulations.
• Provide advice to Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product Marketing on contract compliance.
• Guide sales teams on structuring public sector deals, ensuring pricing compliance, and making customer-facing representations.
• Collaborate with Contract Management and Legal Counsel on contract review, modifications, and disputes.
• Lead internal training sessions on government contracting compliance, ethics, procurement integrity, and regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate with auditors, contracting officers, and agency representatives during audits and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining audit readiness.
• Interpret and apply FAR, DFARS, GSAM, and related regulations.
• Monitor state procurement laws and FCC regulations.
• Coordinate necessary certifications, representations, and disclosures, including SAM.gov registration, TAA compliance, and small business subcontracting plans.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT Sales, Contract Compliance, Business Development, Product Marketing, or Public Sector Programs.
• At least 3 years of direct experience working within or extensively supporting federal or state government contracting environments.
• Experience in managing GSA Schedule contracts (MAS), IDIQ contracts, state cooperative purchasing agreements, or similar government contract vehicles.
• Proven track record of managing compliance programs across multiple concurrent government contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and key agency supplements.
• Familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
• Working knowledge of applicable state procurement laws and purchasing regulations across various jurisdictions.
• Understanding of government operations, procurement processes, and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of FCC regulations related to telecommunications and IT products/services.
• Proficiency in determining the applicability of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and related disclosure requirements.
• Strong understanding of procurement integrity requirements, ethics regulations, and government contractor standards of conduct.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance for non-legal audiences.
• Proficiency in SAM.gov, GSA eMod/MAS systems, state portal equivalents, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP/CRM platforms.
• Preferred experience with GSA, SEWP, NASPO ValuePoint, OMNIA Partners, or other cooperative purchasing vehicles.
• Familiarity with DFARS and DoD-specific contracting requirements is a plus.
• Prior experience supporting audits conducted by the GSA Inspector General, DCAA, or similar oversight bodies is preferred.
• Background in IT products, solutions, or managed services sold to the public sector is preferred.
