Public Sector Partnerships Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead the engagement of ElevenLabs with governmental entities and officials throughout France, concentrating on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and/or digital rights.

• Establish and nurture relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society organizations.

• Monitor, evaluate, and provide guidance on emerging regulations that affect the company.

• Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry gatherings.

• Assist in the internal policy formulation by collaborating with Legal, Safety, Security, and other departments.

• Offer strategic advice to company leadership regarding regional policy trends and their business implications.

• Advocate for the government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services alongside the GTM team.

• Create and execute policy campaigns and impact initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in policy roles within both public and private sectors, whether in-house or at a firm, with a focus on AI and technology.

• In-depth understanding of the regional AI policy environment.

• Familiarity with AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.

• Proven success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience in coalition-building.

• Public policy experience specific to France.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in both English and French.

• A keen interest in AI and emerging technologies.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and work across various functions.

• Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and make swift, informed decisions.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
