This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of field operations strategies and initiatives aimed at achieving Public Sector sales objectives and driving revenue growth.
• Execute the Public Sector go-to-market strategies, encompassing route-to-market approaches, contracts, GSA pricing schedules, Federal and state contract vehicles, FedRAMP authorization, DoD Impact Level compliance/certification, and business systems tailored to meet Public Sector requirements.
• Supervise and enhance Public Sector field operations processes, which include operational cadence, pipeline management, annual planning, and sales compensation structures.
• Work in partnership with sales leadership to establish sales territories, quotas, and performance goals.
• Evaluate sales performance data and deliver actionable insights to sales leadership and various stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards in collaboration with GTM Analytics teams, providing regular KPI updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with finance, enablement, marketing, product management, product marketing, and HR on revenue operations initiatives and processes.
• Propel continuous improvement efforts to enhance revenue efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations, and suggest innovative solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience supporting business operations, professional services, or revenue streams for Public Sector (FED/SLED) accounts/clients.
• Familiarity with standard sales processes, methodologies, and technologies.
• Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms.
• Candidates must fulfill the EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person.
• Candidates must reside within the contiguous United States.
• Must possess the legal right to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: Strong analytical abilities; capacity to drive cross-functional initiatives; effective communication and interpersonal skills; a strategic, results-driven mindset; and a commitment to operational excellence and ongoing improvement.
