This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and implement the integrated marketing strategy for the US Public Sector across Federal and SLED markets.
• Oversee field and event marketing initiatives, which include conferences, trade shows, webinars, roundtables, sponsorships, partner events, and both pre- and post-event communications.
• Manage the public-sector communications and email calendar, encompassing campaign emails, nurture programs, announcements, newsletters, and event promotions.
• Cultivate and oversee partnerships and sponsorships with industry associations, media organizations, system integrators, and other public-sector collaborators.
• Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to drive paid campaign strategies by defining target audiences, messaging, offers, content, creative requirements, landing pages, and sales follow-up plans.
• Lead integrated campaigns across various channels, including email, paid digital, website, SEO, content syndication, events, and partner channels.
• Direct the strategy and content roadmap for TotaraGov.com, focusing on campaign landing pages and continuous website optimization.
• Design account-based marketing initiatives aimed at Federal agencies, SLED organizations, system integrators, and other key accounts.
• Generate public-sector messaging and content for email, web, events, sales enablement, blogs, ebooks, guides, and white papers.
• Collaborate closely with Public Sector Sales on account priorities, campaign planning, messaging, event follow-up, and sales materials.
• Monitor campaign and event performance, evaluate return on investment, and report on marketing’s impact on the pipeline.
• 5–7+ years of extensive B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, GovTech, HR technology, or learning technology sectors.
• Proven experience in marketing to US Federal or SLED audiences, with a solid understanding of procurement cycles, budget processes, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver integrated marketing programs across events, email, partnerships, content, web, and digital channels.
• Strong background in field and event marketing, including conference planning, sponsorship activation, event promotion, and post-event follow-up.
• Experience in developing partner marketing initiatives with associations, media organizations, technology partners, or system integrators.
• Excellent messaging, writing, and storytelling skills for email, web, event promotion, sales enablement, and long-form content.
• Familiarity with paid digital marketing and experience collaborating with demand generation or media specialists to launch and optimize campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in email automation, campaign operations, and account-based marketing programs.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple programs concurrently.
• Strong collaborative skills, particularly with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and external partners.
• Candidates must reside in the United States.
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Preferred: Familiarity with learning technology, LMS or LXP platforms, or compliance training.
• Preferred: Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Semrush, and account-based marketing tools.
