This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee Federal and SLED procurement channels, forecasts, recompete opportunities, RFIs, Sources Sought notices, RFQs, and RFPs to identify aligned prospects
• Investigate potential opportunities and prepare leadership presentations that encompass alignment, requirements, timelines, risks, gaps, and subsequent actions
• Assist with initial capture activities, including researching incumbents and markets, coordinating partnerships and teams, and tracking opportunities
• Direct proposal execution for approved initiatives from kickoff to authorized submission
• Create schedules, compliance matrices, content outlines, task trackers, and submission strategies
• Organize technical, staffing, pricing, past-performance, and additional inputs from internal teams and subject matter experts
• Develop and customize precise, relevant, and compliant proposal content utilizing approved resources, repositories, and AI-enhanced workflows
• Manage review cycles, integrate approved feedback, prepare final submission packages, and submit authorized responses
• Sustain reusable proposal content, past performance records, resumes, lessons learned, and proposal metrics to enhance efficiency, quality, and likelihood of success
• Collaborate with teams from Sales, Consulting, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Public Sector leadership
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting or leading proposal development, capture, business development, or government contracting efforts
• Knowledge of Federal acquisition processes and/or SLED procurement practices
• Familiarity with procurement and CRM platforms such as SAM.gov, GovWin, GovSpend, GSA eBuy, HubSpot, or similar
• Experience in technology consulting, Atlassian, IT service management, DevSecOps, project/program management, digital transformation, or organizational change management initiatives
• Proven track record of coordinating multiple contributors on high-quality, deadline-driven deliverables
• Excellent writing, editing, research, organization, and project management capabilities
• Ability to analyze complex information, identify gaps and risks, and clearly communicate findings to leadership
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace along with collaboration tools
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot, demonstrating sound judgment and quality control
• Capable of working independently, prioritizing competing tasks, and collaborating with Sales, Consulting, Finance, Marketing, and technical teams
• APMP certification or a desire to pursue certification is preferred
• Experience with Federal systems integrators, government contractors, or SLED organizations is preferred
• Federal Security Clearance or willingness to obtain one
• Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening
