This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee designated opportunities through the HII growth process
• Collect and update intelligence regarding competitive positioning
• Create and manage capture plans and strategies
• Collaborate with Portfolio Leads to determine technical solutions, identify key personnel/SMEs, and evaluate past performance references
• Establish and maintain operational/technical and customer/contract relationships
• Conduct due diligence and maintain B2B relationships, including initiating NDAs and Teaming Agreements
• Organize and manage coordinated customer interactions through targeted Customer Call Plans
• Define and manage the B&P budget
• Lead competitive analysis and price-to-win assessments, establishing cost targets for the team
• Supervise the transition of capture plans into proposal management plans
• Collaborate with proposal core teams on win strategies and solutions
• Initiate and schedule decision gate reviews and prepare review materials
• Drive or participate in gate reviews and milestone updates
• Assist with color team reviews
• Analyze IDIQ pipelines and markets/capabilities to identify relevant opportunities
• Record identified opportunities in Salesforce in collaboration with the VP, ADO Growth
• Support growth initiatives utilizing business intelligence and personal expertise
• Lead the creation of RFIs and Sources Sought Responses
• Utilize Mission Technologies assets, including business intelligence, account managers, market assessments, and AI/ML solutions
• 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; 8 years of relevant experience with a Master's in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent with 14 years of experience
• Experience in technical writing
• More than 5 years of federal/defense proposal and capture development experience
• Over 5 years of successful Program Management experience as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager within the defense or federal market sectors
• Strong understanding of proposal development processes
• Ability to read and comprehend federal/defense solicitation documentation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong familiarity with account management activities
• Excellent proofreading, editing, and document formatting capabilities
• Ability to think comprehensively, support long-term projects, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under stringent deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a clearance
