Psychotherapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services in the role of a psychotherapist

• Operate independently while prioritizing the well-being of patients

• Develop and oversee a swiftly expanding caseload

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with fellow therapists and prescribers

• Participate in monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases and clinical subjects

• Facilitate care coordination among psychiatric and counseling providers

• Carry out clinical duties remotely from home

• Join virtual clinical team meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a full license: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA

• Previous substantial clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficient computer skills and basic technological proficiency
