Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a certified therapist

• Operate independently while prioritizing the needs of patients

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with psychiatric and counseling professionals

• Take part in regular staffing sessions with prescribing partners at least once a month to review patient cases or clinical topics

• Provide patient care through telehealth sessions

• Facilitate coordinated care within teams that include multiple therapists and a prescriber

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)

• Prior significant experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience working with diverse groups, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in computer use and basic technology
