Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services via telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the well-being of patients.

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented approach with therapists, prescribers, psychiatric providers, and counselors.

• Participate in monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or clinical matters.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Execute clinical responsibilities from a home office and attend virtual team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a full license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC).

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).

• Prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with various populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology.
