Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based telehealth mental health services.

• Operate independently in the best interests of patients.

• Engage actively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Facilitate coordination of care between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Participate in regular staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers, at least once a month, to review patient cases or discuss clinical topics.

• Develop and oversee a rapidly expanding caseload.

• Attend virtual team meetings for clinical discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensing in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is highly desired.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer and basic technology usage.
