Psychologist, Dutch Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Deliver both scheduled and on-demand video consultations throughout the week

• Facilitate sessions, typically lasting 25 minutes, addressing everyday issues such as work-related stress, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, and uncertainty

• Assist clients in establishing clear, actionable objectives and guide them toward significant initial steps

• Offer prevention-oriented advice instead of diagnoses

• Support clients in developing skills and independence to continue their personal journey

• Interact with clients from various cultural backgrounds and sectors

• Engage in weekly intervision meetings and ongoing professional development

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch

• Excellent English communication abilities (both written and verbal) and confidence in delivering consultations in English

• Master’s degree in Psychology

• At least 4 years of experience providing one-on-one consultations post-Master’s degree in Psychology

• Strong understanding of solution-focused therapy, ACT, and/or CBT

• Proficient with digital platforms and self-sufficient in navigating systems

• Access to a laptop/computer running Windows 11 or MacOS Sonoma 14, with an active antivirus program

• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to engage in continuous learning

• Capability to work autonomously, take initiative, and collaborate as a team member

• Ability to foster a safe and supportive environment for clients and make decisive actions

• Uphold integrity and a reflective stance with both clients and colleagues

• Prior freelance experience is advantageous
