Psychiatrist – Medical Doctor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations

• Identify and treat psychiatric disorders

• Oversee medication management

• Provide ongoing psychiatric care

• Specialize in child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, and/or geriatric psychiatry

• Offer both telepsychiatry and face-to-face psychiatric services

• Create collaborative treatment strategies

• Serve specialized psychiatric populations according to physician expertise

• Mentor fellow psychiatric providers

• Recruit and integrate new physicians

• Establish clinical standards and evidence-based psychiatric practices

• Engage in quality improvement and patient care projects

• Assist in the development and growth of psychiatric programs

• Work with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

• Provide educational resources and clinical consultation for physicians

• Contribute to the expansion of psychiatric services throughout Wisconsin

• Potential for advancement to a Medical Director or leadership position

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

• Active medical license in Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin

• Active DEA registration or eligibility

• Strong dedication to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based psychiatric care

• Preferred: Interest in physician leadership roles

• Preferred: Enthusiasm for mentoring other psychiatric providers

• Preferred: Experience in developing clinical programs

• Preferred: Interest in quality enhancement and expanding psychiatric services
