Psychiatrist, Child & Adolescent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based treatment via live 60-minute video intake sessions and ongoing follow-up appointments.

• Perform thorough psychiatric evaluations and develop precise diagnoses.

• Design personalized treatment plans suited to each developmental phase.

• Manage medications for various conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.

• Promote collaborative, family-focused treatment and educate families on mental health topics.

• Conduct virtual psychiatric consultations and maintain consistent communication with members and their families.

• Engage in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning.

• Offer consultative assistance to fellow team members.

• Keep accurate and timely records of assessments, care plans, and progress notes.

• Utilize data analytics to evaluate outcomes and enhance care quality.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards while providing ethical, patient-centered care.

• Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.

• Active medical license in at least one state.

• Preferred experience in delivering telehealth therapy services in a virtual setting, though not mandatory.

• Proficiency in computer and live video communication tools, such as Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, or Skype.

• Proven skills in engaging with families.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults.

• Commitment to and understanding of JCAHO guidelines.

• Competence in practicing within an accredited framework to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
