This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Provide comprehensive management of mental health medications through a 60-minute initial appointment and subsequent follow-ups.
β’ Perform mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and ongoing medication treatment.
β’ Develop patient-focused treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, communicate with patients, and prescribe as well as manage psychiatric medications.
β’ Demonstrate experience and dedication to delivering evidence-based medication treatments that adhere to clinical best practice guidelines (e.g., measurement-based care, patient-centered care).
β’ Board certified MD or DO specializing in psychiatry.
β’ Unrestricted state license in Illinois; additional licenses in other states are a bonus.
β’ Strong preference for clinicians who possess an active DEA license.
β’ Must have an office space available for seeing clients.
β’ Capability to provide care for patients with a diverse range of diagnoses, clinical complexities, and severity levels, with a preference for providers offering in-person services.
β’ Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
