This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Deliver comprehensive mental health medication management through a 60-minute initial intake session and ongoing follow-up appointments.
β’ Perform mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and continuous medication treatment.
β’ Develop patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, communicate with patients, and prescribe as well as manage psychiatric medications.
β’ Possess experience and a commitment to providing evidence-based medication treatment that adheres to clinical best practice guidelines (e.g., measurement-based care, patient-centered care).
β’ Board certified MD or DO in the field of psychiatry.
β’ An unrestricted state license in Connecticut is required; licenses in other states are a bonus.
β’ Strong preference for clinicians holding an active DEA license.
β’ Must have office space available for seeing clients.
β’ Capability to provide care to patients across a full spectrum of diagnoses, clinical complexities, and severity levels, with a preference for providers who can offer in-person services.
β’ Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
