This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Deliver 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric services.
• Address lower to moderate acuity populations, such as those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
• Perform 60-minute intake assessments and 30-minute follow-up consultations.
• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, manage medications, and provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Make clinical decisions without the pressure to reduce visit duration or increase patient volume.
• Operate within an integrated care framework, utilizing an in-house referral network for psychiatrists and therapists.
• Engage collaboratively within a team-oriented clinical community.
• Benefit from operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Current, unrestricted license with the authority for autonomous practice.
• At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Demonstrated experience in providing outpatient psychiatric care.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
• Skilled in offering psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry environment.
• Competence in utilizing electronic medical records for accurate and efficient documentation of care.
• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing clinical development.
• Authorization to work in the U.S., confirmed through E-Verify after offer acceptance and completion of Form I-9.
