This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Deliver 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Treat populations with lower to moderate acuity, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
• Conduct 60-minute intake assessments and 30-minute follow-up appointments.
• Provide thorough psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
• Make clinical decisions adhering to established clinical standards without the pressure to shorten visits or increase patient volume.
• Manage your schedule and weekly availability effectively.
• Choose and balance your patient population based on individual criteria and preferences.
• Collaborate within an integrated care model alongside in-house psychiatrists and therapists.
• Utilize operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing tasks.
• Accurately and efficiently document patient care in electronic medical records.
• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• An active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience in providing outpatient psychiatric care.
• Background in conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
• Proficient in delivering psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
• Skilled in using electronic medical records for accurate and efficient documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.
• Authorization to work in the U.S., verified through E-Verify post-offer acceptance.
