This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Perform thorough online psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents (ages 5–18+).
• Create and oversee personalized treatment plans, which include medication management.
• Deliver continuous psychiatric care through a secure telehealth platform.
• Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists on intricate cases and when care escalation is needed.
• Work alongside therapists and care coordinators to provide comprehensive, wraparound support.
• Involve and inform parents/caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
• Ensure timely and compliant clinical documentation is maintained.
• Valid PMHNP certification and licensure in Texas (licensure in additional states is advantageous).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in child and adolescent psychiatry.
• Strong clinical judgment coupled with a warm and collaborative communication style.
• Proficient and comfortable with virtual care delivery.
• A passion for engaging with families and utilizing a systems-informed approach.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.
• A valid DEA license is required.
• Must have a collaborating physician to practice or possess full practice authority in the relevant state.
• Flexible remote work schedule.
