PSP Integration Manager – Middle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Perform business and system analysis for new PSP integrations by examining PSP API specifications and documentation.

• Create optimal integration workflows for merchants and end users in accordance with PSP requirements and payment logic.

• Evaluate and test integrations against PSP API specifications.

• Verify request and response payloads, error handling, and payment flow logic, including 3DS and cascading mechanisms.

• Identify, document, and assist in resolving discrepancies between PSP documentation and actual API behavior.

• Collaborate with PSP and Development teams to address integration challenges.

• Review integration tasks to ensure they align with business requirements prior to launch.

• Maintain current PSP integrations.

• Assist the L2 team in investigating issues related to assigned PSPs.

• Facilitate communication between Product and Development teams and PSPs.

• Provide merchants with the necessary information to launch their integrations.

• Verify integration tasks completed by colleagues.

• Support junior colleagues with complex issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong practical understanding of API principles, including HTTP and JSON, as well as PSP integration logic.

• Experience with Payment Service Providers, including cascading, 3DS, and various payment methods.

• Knowledge of local market specifics.

• Proven history of successfully delivered integrations, ensuring consistent quality in integration delivery.

• Experience in maintaining integration documentation.

• Capability to independently tackle complex integration cases and remain effective under pressure when managing urgent tasks.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini.

• Proactive attitude, with the ability to identify process or system challenges and recommend enhancements.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level.

• Proficiency in Russian at a B2+ level is a plus.
