PS Advisory Services Consultant – Non-Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in client implementations for Fiserv’s Automated Clearing House (ACH) Outsourcing utility.

• Collect and document implementation requirements for client evaluation and approval.

• Aid in conversion activities while interpreting client systems, workflows, and conversion data.

• Consult with clients before, during, and after conversion to outline procedures and address implementation inquiries.

• Provide support for data balancing, requirements validation, implementation planning, and operational readiness.

• Educate clients on system functionalities, online terminal usage, and daily application balancing processes.

• Assist clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), address application inquiries, and support production activities.

• Relay implementation progress, risks, and issues to internal stakeholders.

• Conduct product demonstrations as necessary.

• Recognize process improvements to enhance implementation quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in financial services focusing on client implementations, conversion projects, or software integration projects.

• Over 6 years of experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations, ACH processing workflows, and Nacha Operating Rules.

• 6+ years of experience with PEP+® from Fiserv or a similar ACH processing platform for transaction processing, balancing, or client support.

• At least 6 years of experience in documenting client requirements, interpreting workflows, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and transitioning requirements to support teams.

• 6+ years of experience utilizing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivery methods, including Agile, iterative, incremental, or Waterfall models, within client implementation settings.

• 6+ years of experience collaborating with third-party systems during financial services implementations.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education, experience, and/or military service.

• Experience in delivering product demonstrations to financial institution clients.

• Proven ability to identify process improvements for implementation, conversion, or client support workflows.

• Experience in supporting outsourced payments operations.

• Must have valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates needing sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

• Capable of using a computer and audio equipment.

• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%.
