
Provisioning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Receive, assess, validate, and process user provisioning requests submitted through specified request management channels.
β’ Confirm user details and ensure necessary identifiers, such as EDIPI, FedID, and SecID, are accurately recorded and documented.
β’ Examine User Access Reports (UARs) and related system records to ensure that the requested access does not already exist.
β’ Submit service records and provisioning requests via Oracle Health eService and other authorized platforms.
β’ Communicate the status of request completion, deficiencies, or necessary corrections to requesters and designated coordinators.
β’ Process standard, ancillary, and special-case application provisioning requests according to established procedures.
β’ Maintain precise request tracking information, including status updates, service record numbers, and resolution notes.
β’ Monitor request queues and guarantee timely processing in alignment with established service-level expectations.
β’ Elevate processing issues, unresolved requests, or operational risks to leadership as necessary.
β’ Adhere to and maintain documented SOPs, work instructions, and provisioning guidelines for supported applications.
β’ Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to provisioning workflows and operational procedures.
β’ Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and assist in keeping operational documentation current.
β’ Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and access management policies throughout the provisioning lifecycle.
β’ Collaborate with User Role Assignment Coordinators (URACs), system administrators, and requesters to resolve access-related issues.
β’ Provide timely and professional customer service when addressing provisioning inquiries and deficiencies.
β’ Follow up on incomplete requests and coordinate with stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and documentation.
β’ Maintain clear, accurate, and professional communication across all organizational levels.
β’ Support the Department of Veterans Affairs enterprise provisioning capability and Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) and associated clinical applications.
β’ Contribute to Ibility's operational excellence, ongoing growth, culture of innovation, and continuous improvement.
β’ Experience in supporting identity and access management (IAM), user provisioning, service desk, or similar operational support roles.
β’ Ability to learn and apply Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) provisioning workflows or comparable enterprise healthcare system access processes.
β’ Strong attention to detail and precision when processing sensitive user identity and access information.
β’ Experience in data validation, data entry, and records review activities.
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Teams.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to collaborate across various stakeholder groups.
β’ Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet set deadlines.
β’ Highly organized, reliable, and customer-focused professional with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
β’ Capability to successfully pass a background investigation and obtain any required government clearance.
β’ Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
β’ Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programs or other federal healthcare initiatives.
β’ Familiarity with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium), Oracle Health eService, or other enterprise healthcare platforms.
β’ Knowledge of User Access Reports (UARs), User Role Assignment (URA) processes, and provisioning governance practices.
β’ Experience in processing ancillary application access requests, including healthcare or clinical support systems.
β’ Background in developing or maintaining SOPs, work instructions, or operational documentation.
β’ Experience in a help desk, service management, ticketing administration, or provisioning operations setting.
β’ Four or more years of experience in supporting identity and access management, provisioning operations, or healthcare IT support environments.
