Provisioning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product provisioning process for both technical partners and new as well as existing clients.

• Manage the free trial program and ensure timely provisioning for participants.

• Collaborate with product and sales teams on initiatives such as Depos for All and Paid Pilot.

• Serve as the main point of contact for requests from implementation partners.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and tracking of provisioning activities and related processes.

• Ensure the customer database is well-organized and assist in data auditing and cleanup efforts.

• Facilitate smooth operations and transitions from sales to implementation.

• Report directly to the Manager of Revenue Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must either currently reside in, or be open to relocating to, Czechia or Slovakia.

• Must possess the legal right to work in Czechia or Slovakia.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ongoing improvement.

• Ability to collaborate across functions and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of corporate experience required.
