Provisioning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product provisioning process for both technical partners and new or existing customers.

• Coordinate the free trial program, ensuring prompt provisioning for all participants.

• Collaborate with product and sales teams on initiatives like Depos for All and Paid Pilot.

• Ensure effective communication and comprehensive documentation of provisioning processes.

• Serve as the main point of contact for requests from implementation partners.

• Keep thorough records and tracking of provisioning activities and related processes.

• Maintain an organized customer database and assist with data auditing and cleanup efforts.

• Support the provisioning of new customer platforms and address partner implementation requests.

• Report directly to the Manager of Revenue Operations.

• Facilitate smooth operations and the transition from sales to implementation.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving and ongoing improvement.

• Ability to collaborate across different teams and adjust to changing priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 2 years of corporate experience.

• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Czechia or Slovakia.

• Legal authorization to work in Czechia or Slovakia is required.

• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and compliance with applicable laws in their area.
