Provider Servicing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance positive outcomes for customers while achieving specified customer experience and financial performance objectives.

• Foster and attain elevated levels of customer and partner satisfaction, allowing them to derive substantial value from their interactions and improving market performance.

• Ensure the accomplishment of targeted performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Evaluate intricate cases.

• Facilitate collaborative settlement outcomes that are beneficial for both parties, particularly with law firms.

• Utilize decision-making skills to ensure targeted performance achievements.

• Promote advancements in Customer and Partner Experience, Operational Performance, Negotiation, and Collections strategies.

• Implement suggested performance improvement measures.

• Manage a varied portfolio of assigned cases directly.

• Serve as a backup for colleagues who are away from their workspace or out of the office.

• Provide outstanding customer experience results while striving to meet defined performance targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting or contact center environment.

• Background in Healthcare, Legal, Insurance, or Financial Services Industries, with specific knowledge in personal injury, including relevant medical insights and claims law.

• Capacity to comprehend and incorporate technology and data-driven decision-making into the negotiation and settlement processes.

• Ability to assess and integrate a wide range of factors to formulate and implement an effective win/win negotiation approach.

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Self-motivated with a passion for building strong relationships and achieving goals.

• Capable of adapting to changes and smoothly transitioning between tasks and process modifications.

• Proficient in working swiftly and accurately to meet stringent deadlines.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage interactions with attorneys and medical providers.

• Ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a continuously evolving environment.
