Provider Relations Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage comprehensive end-to-end provider enrollment applications.

• Keep an accurate record of all pending and completed tasks.

• Relay application outcomes and updates to physicians, payers, managers, and colleagues.

• Oversee physician enrollment and CAQH profiles.

• Log documentation within the enrollment database.

• Coordinate the collection of signatures.

• Execute payer processing and conduct research.

• Engage in extensive telephone and internet research.

• Investigate and resolve claim issues related to physician enrollment.

• Undertake additional tasks as required.

• Report directly to the Director of Provider Relations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in medical billing and/or healthcare provider relations.

• Previous experience in Enrollment or Credentialing is preferred.

• A college degree or currently pursuing one is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in customer service, client relations, and claims resolution.

• Professional demeanor coupled with a self-motivated attitude.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation.

• Detail-oriented, a team player, and highly self-driven.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments.

• Strong reporting skills with the ability to provide status updates and escalate issues as necessary.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful atmosphere.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and operating a computer.

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally.
