Provider Relations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accurately input and manage provider information for both profile creation and ongoing maintenance.

• Assist with claims-related issues, document discussions, and direct concerns to the appropriate parties for resolution.

• Establish and nurture positive relationships with providers through effective communication and responsive support.

• Credential new providers in accordance with MTI and industry standards before they enter the network.

• Recredential existing providers in alignment with industry timelines and standards.

• Conduct timely Provider Data Management (PDM) activities to ensure efficient use of provider services, contracted rates, and other terms.

• Promote provider enhancement through coaching and performance support initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless provider support and process efficiency.

• Work closely with providers during the onboarding process and in ongoing relationship management.

• Provide support for data management, credentialing/recredentialing, grievance resolution, and provider support across all product lines.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare credentialing, provider grievance management, or workers’ compensation claims.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capability to sit at a workstation for extended periods.

• Associate's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field (preferred).

• Certification in Credentialing (CPCS or similar) (preferred).

• Experience in provider data management or healthcare operations (preferred).
