This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and referral teams.
• Identify and convert new medical practices into long-term referral partners.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of existing accounts, boosting referral volume and provider satisfaction.
• Implement strategic territory plans to achieve and surpass referral growth and provider retention objectives.
• Conduct in-office visits, practice presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop workflows, address challenges, and guarantee efficient referral processes.
• Keep precise and timely account activities recorded in HubSpot CRM.
• Represent Talkiatry at industry events, community collaborations, and relevant health system gatherings.
• Forge relationships with medical practices and health systems within the designated territory.
• Inform providers and their supporting staff about Talkiatry's psychiatric services.
• Facilitate referral success and promote sustained adoption over time.
• Travel roughly 75% within the assigned territory.
• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare or a related field such as sales, physician liaison, clinical outreach, or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass referral or sales growth objectives.
• Experience in influencing clinicians, administrators, or healthcare stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment that demands autonomy and accountability.
• Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory.
