Provider Network Specialist – PT/OT, COTA, PTA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a nationwide network of skilled therapists and therapeutic service providers that align with MyoConnect objectives.

• Oversee provider partnerships in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Outcomes.

• Forge partnerships with outpatient clinics, hospital systems, and other therapy organizations based on patient location and insurance coverage.

• Facilitate or lead provider meetings and presentations to enhance awareness and adoption of MyoPro.

• Work with physician offices to obtain referrals and necessary documentation while guiding patients through the therapeutic journey.

• Familiarize therapists with MyoPro technology, their roles, and the associated training requirements.

• Organize and support clinical education initiatives, including in-services and training sessions.

• Maintain therapist maps and training databases to monitor provider engagement.

• Identify and coordinate therapists for patient cases and assist with MyoPro delivery transitions.

• Keep precise records in CRM systems and ensure therapist and clinic information is current.

• Monitor key metrics and support data integrity across systems.

• Propel patient access initiatives in partnership with the Director of Clinical Outcomes to achieve business objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance provider engagement and meet territory needs.

• Contribute to workflow enhancements that improve efficiency and consistency.

• Act as the main pre-delivery contact for therapists, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

• Foster a positive provider experience, enhancing engagement within Myomo’s clinical network.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in clinical coordination, provider relations, or healthcare network development.

• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and other digital documentation tools.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.

• Strong organizational and data management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong initiative and problem-solving aptitude.

• PT/OT, PTA, or COTA certification is highly preferred.
