Provider Network Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain PHM’s exclusive database of top-tier healthcare providers

• Broaden PHM’s provider network through research, assessment, and relationship cultivation

• Facilitate technology-driven processes for provider management, insurance verification, and patient accessibility

• Assess provider credentials and healthcare programs utilizing PHM’s evaluation standards

• Collaborate with clinical, research, and operations teams to convert provider insights into actionable strategies

• Investigate and pinpoint high-caliber providers across various medical specialties

• Analyze providers and programs alongside clinical and research partners

• Employ and enhance internal tools and workflows to improve provider data quality and operational efficiency

• Ensure provider intelligence is readily accessible, precise, and actionable

• Contribute to process enhancements as PHM grows and evolves

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available to work during Pacific Time Zone (PST) or Mountain Time Zone (MST) business hours

• Outstanding collaboration and communication abilities across clinical, research, and operational teams

• Solutions-focused mindset with the capability to navigate uncertainty and resolve complex issues

• Strong inclination towards technology and process enhancement

• Self-motivated with robust research and analytical capabilities

• Competence in synthesizing information across various medical specialties

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment

• Preferably possess prior provider-facing healthcare experience and/or a degree in a healthcare-related field

• Experience in conducting or managing academic and/or clinical research is strongly preferred

• Background in customer service, concierge, or client-relations is an advantage

• Must reside in and perform all job functions physically in the United States
