Network Analyst – Mid-Level/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, maintain, and evaluate network infrastructure.

• Assess, identify, and resolve issues related to connectivity, availability, and performance.

• Set up, enhance, and troubleshoot network devices and services.

• Manage and configure LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and corporate network settings.

• Assist in the management of routing, switching, firewalls, and other infrastructure elements.

• Track the performance, availability, and capacity of network systems.

• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and recurring issues.

• Aid in changes, deployments, upgrades, and improvements to the infrastructure.

• Work in partnership with Information Security, Infrastructure, and other technical teams.

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, procedures, inventories, and network diagrams.

• Contribute to best practices concerning availability, performance, and security.

• Assist with projects related to the expansion, modernization, and evolution of network infrastructure.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in administering and supporting corporate networks.

• Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and networking principles.

• Understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs.

• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN environments.

• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NAT, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).

• Understanding of firewalls and security principles relevant to network infrastructure.

• Proficient with monitoring tools and conducting availability and performance analyses.

• Experience in managing and resolving incidents within corporate settings.

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot infrastructure challenges.

• Proficiency in English for engaging in a technical environment and utilizing industry documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Skills in troubleshooting and technical investigation.

• Proactive and self-motivated in managing responsibilities.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in cross-functional team settings.

• Capability to perform in dynamic and critical environments.

• Dedication to service availability, security, and quality assurance.

• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of high-availability environments, cloud networking, infrastructure automation, network observability/monitoring, and relevant certifications in Networking, Infrastructure, or Information Security.
