ICT Network Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Oversee network operations and address incidents

• Ensure adherence to service commitments

• Discover opportunities for automating support processes

• Handle customer requests as part of Managed Services functions

• Collaborate with a team of around 30 employees, structured in an agile and customer-centric way

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in network operations

• Solid understanding of networking principles (routing and switching) and WLAN

• CCNA to CCNP certification level or equivalent skills, based on experience

• Familiarity with Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet firewalls

• Knowledge of NAC (ISE), proxy solutions (Zscaler), PAM (Wallix), reverse proxies, and load balancers

• Self-sufficient and proactive

• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in French and English

• Resident in Switzerland
