This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
• Recruit medical facilities to join Acuity's global provider network.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the recruited facilities and Acuity.
• Engage in extensive phone communications, including cold calling and pricing negotiations with medical facilities both CONUS and OCONUS.
• Collaborate with and recruit medical facilities and clinics for initiatives in the Occupational Health Services Business Line.
• Conduct research and networking to identify recruitment opportunities.
• Familiarize yourself with the assigned geographic territory to ensure adequate provider coverage.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with facility providers and office personnel.
• Acquire knowledge of medical exam components and negotiate pricing within agreements and addendums.
• Organize and maintain facility information and generate reports using various software applications.
• Gather and distribute Provider Service Agreement documentation.
• Identify candidates for credentialing and liaise with the Credentialing Manager.
• Address complex provider issues and manage calls effectively.
• Implement Commercial and Government contract requirements for medical facilities/entities.
• Coordinate with Acuity Program Managers, Assistant Program Managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Recognize and propose solutions to complex challenges; prioritize, train, and assign special projects.
• Foster team success and inspire team members.
• Participate in meetings and carry out additional job-related duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• 2-3 years of experience specifically in medical facility recruitment.
• Capability to engage in interdepartmental project groups or task forces.
• Proven comfort with the negotiation process is essential.
• Proficient in using computers and standard office equipment.
• Required proficiency in MS Office products.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with making cold calls.
• Adaptability to change when necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
