Provider Network Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational implementation of market-specific Network Strategies.

• Collaborate with Account Directors to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and suggestions that enhance network performance and scalability.

• Facilitate cross-functional preparedness among implementation, operations, product, and account management teams.

• Uphold standardized workflows, checklists, and documentation.

• Handle contracting for new Hub & Spoke partners.

• Convert partner workflows into system configurations and guarantee go-live readiness.

• Identify high-potential referral hubs and assist in partner engagement initiatives.

• Create tools, templates, and training materials for both internal and external teams.

• Highlight risks, address delays, and ensure successful activation and utilization.

• Execute process enhancements to boost onboarding efficiency, shorten activation timelines, and elevate provider adoption results.

• Investigate emerging AI tools to optimize or improve workflows.

• Oversee multiple statewide network constructions simultaneously.

• Generate readiness and performance reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, public health, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare network operations, focusing on network development, strategic growth initiatives, and provider contracting.

• Proven experience in creating network build playbooks and process workflows.

• Proficient in implementation lifecycle management.

• Preferably familiar with behavioral health, referral networks, or health IT.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and process-oriented approach.

• Comfortable with dashboards, trackers, and performance reporting.

• Proficient in using or willing to learn AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, or other role-specific tools.

• Possess a forward-thinking, curious attitude and openness to experimenting with new technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, sound judgment, and creativity in crafting solutions.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environments.

• Capable of working effectively in a remote-first setting with self-motivation and high-quality virtual interactions.
